Do I need a WhatsApp Business API?

No. We can work with or without WhatsApp Business API. Our system is flexible and can accommodate either approach based on your needs.

How does the money flow work for accounts receivable collections in Malaysia?

After successful pilot completion, we integrate with your systems to ensure real-time data synchronization, including payment gateways and financial data systems for up-to-date debtor/borrower information.

How long does it take to get started?

Due to current demand, we maintain a waiting list. Upon payment of 50% of the setup fee, we schedule your implementation within 5-6 weeks. The remaining setup fee is paid after successful delivery.
